Organizing with Folders
Folders help you organize interviews and control access within your organization.
Creating Folders
- In the interviews view, click New Folder
- Give it a descriptive name
- The folder appears in your folder tree
Folder Permissions
Folders have their own permission layer:
Folder Owner
- The creator of the folder
- Full control over folder settings
- Can add/remove collaborators
- Can delete the folder
Folder Member
- Can view all interviews in the folder
- Can create interviews in the folder
- Can edit interviews they have access to
- Cannot modify folder settings
Adding Collaborators to Folders
- Click the folder settings icon (⚙️)
- Select Manage Members
- Search for team members by name
- Add them as folder members
- They'll see the folder and its contents

Moving Interviews Between Folders
- Select the interview(s) you want to move
- Click Move to Folder in the bulk actions bar
- Choose the destination folder
- Confirm the move
