    Organizing with Folders

    Folders help you organize interviews and control access within your organization.

    Creating Folders

    1. In the interviews view, click New Folder
    2. Give it a descriptive name
    3. The folder appears in your folder tree

    Folder Permissions

    Folders have their own permission layer:

    Folder Owner

    • The creator of the folder
    • Full control over folder settings
    • Can add/remove collaborators
    • Can delete the folder

    Folder Member

    • Can view all interviews in the folder
    • Can create interviews in the folder
    • Can edit interviews they have access to
    • Cannot modify folder settings

    Adding Collaborators to Folders

    1. Click the folder settings icon (⚙️)
    2. Select Manage Members
    3. Search for team members by name
    4. Add them as folder members
    5. They'll see the folder and its contents

    Moving Interviews Between Folders

    1. Select the interview(s) you want to move
    2. Click Move to Folder in the bulk actions bar
    3. Choose the destination folder
    4. Confirm the move
